RETURNS
Deliveries usually take 2-5 working days from the day AFTER you placed your order (that does not include weekends), AND YOUR FUNDS HAVE CLEARED, however in some instances, your order may arrive earlier!
Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive, where possible, we will contact you, and advice of a tracking number for courier services, and tracking numbers for Royal Mail. (Although with Royal mail always advice us to allow upto 21 days for delivery, this is quite rare)
If you need to return an item purchased from us, please contact us in the first instance, stating your order details and reason for return. Once we have this information, we will contact you to arrange return.
Any refunds given will be minus the postage charges (if applicable). WE do not pay for returns postage,this is to be paid by customer.
